Illness Phobia

I have changed my lifestyle a lot after my sickness. I eat more fruits (at least three types a day), drink plenty of water, sleep before 10.30p.m and take friendly bacteria pills. I hate d sickness I encountered. Hopefully, all d heaty food i ate during dinners frm last thurs to sun will not cause my sickness to come again. Next week, I have to go to Tawau for another wedding banquet. A lot of dinners 2 attend tis yr. Probably tis is a gud yr.
