Breathing Techniques for Migraine and Fatigue Problems

This techniques r so lovely to me and I tink I should share it here. Effectiveness..not tested yet! But no harm giving tis a try..
If you have headache or migraine, breathe thru ur left nostril only in 5 min.

If you r tired, breathe thru ur right nostril only. U shud feel refreshed..

According to wat I read, left nostril is to cool but right nostril is to warm..Pls try tis out n share wat u feel!
